## What WGC is

The White Gold Collective is the commercial cleaning operating brand of The Well & Co. Your seat: the hipages lead-to-quote-to-onboard funnel, run from Mayfair, Joburg.

## How we make money

1. hipages publishes commercial cleaning leads in our service categories
2. We respond fast — speed-to-lead wins these
3. We quote, win, and onboard the client
4. Local AU cleaning teams deliver the work
5. We invoice fortnightly; clients pay; margin flows back to The Well & Co

Your seat sits at steps 2 and 3 — the response and conversion engine.

## Your daily rhythm (SAST)

| Time | What |
|---|---|
| 07:00 | Check #hipage-leads channel + hipages dashboard |
| 07:30 | Respond to overnight leads (under 15 min response time = wins) |
| 09:00 | Quote drafting + follow-up calls |
| 11:00 | Onboarding any won jobs into the ops system |
| 13:00 | Pipeline review, callbacks, admin |
| 15:00 | Daily wrap — log scorecard in #wgc-ops |

## Weekly scorecard

Four numbers, posted weekly:

1. Leads received (hipages claim rate)
2. Quotes sent (within 24h of claim)
3. Jobs won (conversion rate)
4. Revenue secured (AUD)

Goal: steady weekly improvement. Log honestly — pretending masks the underlying issue.

## Where the levers are

- **Response time** under 15 min from claim to first contact wins disproportionately. The single biggest controllable factor.
- **Quote quality** — plain language, clear scope, fair price, fast turnaround. Not the cheapest.
- **Follow-up discipline** — second touch within 48h, third at 7 days.
- **Onboarding speed** — first clean booked within 7 days of close or the deal goes cold.

## Who does what

| Role | Person | Owns |
|---|---|---|
| Founder + CEO | Terepai | Strategy, capital, 60-day call |
| Chief of Staff | Sofia (AI) | Onboarding, comms, reminders |
| Ops Coordinator | Risen Manrique | Your day-to-day blockers, IT, paperwork |
| National Ops Director | Karen Naidoo | Your 60-day evaluation, ops standards |
| Recruitment | Nandini Shamika | Worker contracts, scheduling |
| You | Nezaam | The hipages funnel for WGC |

## Tools you'll live in

- Gmail (nezaam@thewhitegc.com.au) — primary work email
- Slack — #hipage-leads, #wgc-ops, #announcements, #general
- hipages — lead source (credentials coming this week)
- Asana — your task board
- Google Drive — your personal folder + WGC shared folder
- WhatsApp — backup for urgent issues

## When something goes wrong

| Situation | Who first |
|---|---|
| IT issue / laptop broken | Risen |
| Slack / email not working | Risen |
| hipages account locked | Sofia |
| Client complaint | Karen |
| Won a big deal and need cover | Risen + Sofia |
| Personal emergency | Terepai |

## The 60-day reset — 24 July 2026

Karen runs a structured review:

- What's gone well — specific examples
- What's been hard — specific examples
- What needs to change — from you, from us, from the system
- What the next 60 days look like

Not pass/fail. A structured course-correct. Bring honest data.

## What we expect of you

1. Show up reliably — same hours, same channels, every weekday
2. Respond fast — lead claims under 15 min, internal messages same day
3. Tell us early — bad news travels fast or expensive
4. Get better every week — small improvements compound
5. Take ownership — own the fix or own the escalation

## What we owe you

1. Clarity — you should always know the priority
2. Tools that work — Risen's job
3. Pay on time — no surprises, no late transfers
4. Respect — you're the WGC operator, not the cleaner
5. A real shot — the 60-day review is structured to give you the best chance

## First week priorities

In order:

1. Get laptop + Slack + hipages working
2. Read this guide twice
3. Read every active hipages lead in the feed
4. Respond to the next inbound lead end-to-end with Risen shadowing
5. Post your first scorecard in #wgc-ops Friday

Don't try to be a hero in week one. Get the rhythm in.

Welcome to the team. Let's go.
